Born on 16th November 1968 into an agrarian family in Munderi, near Nilambur in the eastern Ernad region of Kerala, Titus developed a deep-rooted connection with nature from an early age. This natural bond later became the foundation of his career as a landscape artist and creative designer.
After completing his education, Titus focused on scientific gardening while simultaneously nurturing his innate artistic abilities. By blending technical gardening knowledge with spontaneous creativity, he began designing visually striking gardens and soon earned recognition as a distinguished garden designer in his region.
Over time, his expertise expanded into the design and construction of farmhouses, outdoor water fountains, swimming pools, artistic gardens, grottos, church altars, children’s parks, kindergarten and school parks, classrooms, resort artworks, themed parks, sculptures, and artificial waterfalls. These aesthetic ventures brought him widespread appreciation and acclaim.
One of his most notable works in Kerala includes the creation of a passage modeled after the Delhi Red Fort, combined with extensive garden landscaping at Jamia Salafiya Pharmacy College near the airport in Kondotty, Malappuram district.
In Karnataka, Titus gained further distinction through the development of children’s parks and grottos at Jyothi Vihayas English Medium School in Chikmagalur, as well as park projects at the Coffee Research Centre. His iconic eagle sculpture and cascading waterfall at Eagle Eye Resort in Chikmagalur continue to attract large numbers of visitors.
Today, Titus collaborates with a network of highly skilled artisans and gifted artists, uniting craftsmanship and creativity to deliver exceptional landscape and art design projects. His work spans across Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, and other regions of India, reflecting a growing legacy in landscape architecture and artistic design.
